According to Information reaching us, the Ghana Police Service personnel have picked up five persons to assist in investigations in connection with the death of the Abuakwa North MP, Joseph Boakye Danquah Adu.
They include a security man who was on duty in his residence at the time and four others who are yet to be identified.
The late J.B Danquah Adu was stabbed to death by yet-to-be identified assailants on Tuesday dawn.
Some of the leaders of his party, New Patriotic Party (NPP) have stormed his Shiashie residence to get first hand information on the murder.
The big shots including acting chairman, Freddie Blay, Hackman Owusu Agyemang and the Gabby Asare Okyere Darko. The police have taken over security at the location.
