The Greater Accra TESANO police has detained a 74 year old lady by name Mavis Bampoe till she fainted before she was granted a sum of 20,000 bail for demolition her own house at Taifa.
According to the 74 years Mavis Bampoe, The Ga East Municipal Assembly has given her a twice permit to demolish her own house at Taifa near the Apostle Kojo Sarfo’s Building.
Madam Mavis Bampoe said she informed the caretaker of the house to leave the house for renovation about 3years ago *2016* but the caretaker refused to leave after serving him countless letters.
The old lady said she was invited on Friday evening to report at the TESANO police station on Monday morning. I sat down from 9am to 3pm without eating, drinking water or taking my daily medication, she recounted in tears.
