A teen mom from Ghana is in a fix now after she gave birth to a set of twins.
Identified simply as Diana, the young lady already has a set of twins and has been struggling to take care of them only for her to get pregnant again and give birth to twins again.
Her plight was brought to the fore after a humanitarian organisation headed by twin brothers shared her story online and appealed for donations from well-meaning persons in Ghana.
Diana lives alone with her four children in a single room which is also in a poor condition.
